@berangere I call it spirit form.I had an experience a long time ago which is beyond this spirit form. Back then I used to meditate for world peace. I have written about it in my profile.Read it in about me section in my profile if you are interested.Still needs some editing though.
@LoneKnight Yes I also call it spirit form.I have read your profile and it is very close to my belief regarding who we are when we leave this mortal coil.We can also leave this mortal coil before we die,this happened to me once spontaneously as I was resting on my bed,but I could control when I wanted to come back into my boby or zoom out of it again.I don't believe it was an hallucination because it made too much sense and was enlightning and I certainly do not have a history of psychosis nor did I take any mind altering drugs.
@berangere Yes, I believe you when you said. that you left your body spontaneously.I have read the same thing happened to a lot of people. That happened to me to when I was a boy.One minute I am resting and the next I was gazing my body from above and I was moving further away from this body.Then I get scared and I willed my self as hard as I could to get back into my body.That only happened once.
@LoneKnight So now we know that our spirit and our eathly body are separate,Another time I had left a party and went to bed,next I find myself back at the party watching everyone packing things up.In this experience I remained in the eartly dimension, altough I left my body and went"walkabout".
@berangere It would be nice if we can do that at will.I was hoping that I could transfer my consciousness to this spirit/astral form and take command of it and it's hidden powers if and when this happens to me next time. Have you encountered any entities while you were on your walkabout?.
When I first left my body as I was laying on my bed resting this was in the 70's, I went to a lovely place,the people there had brown skins and were dressed in the style of the ancient Greeks,some were carrying urns on their shoulders, the houses were white,square and had flat roofs,no doors and no windows just curtains,there was an incredible sense of peace and harmony. The second time again in the 70's I just went "walkabout" and only saw ordinary people packing up after a surprise party.
@berangere Wow, that is a beautiful experience.I am trying to imagine flat roof houses without doors or windows. Maybe your soul is trying to remind you of your previous life.
@berangere I have read about different plane/realm of existence.Since soul is eternal, it's possible for it to have experienced life in other realms.Those memories are buried deep within our soul. The hard part is to reach into the depth of our soul.Being soul conscious is the key but in reality it is way harder than it sound.Only a few people have manage it, Buddha for example . As the saying goes "There are more than one way to Rom", I believe there are more than one way for spiritual enlightenment.Some haven't been discovered yet.
@LoneKnight I totaly agree with you.I could have been visiting a world I lived in once in a previous life,Edgar Cayce "the sleeping prophet" believed we had lives in different worlds in the universe,not just on earth.
@LoneKnight Which proves that some people have the ability to contact other realms and get answers.There are so many other realms of existance beside the earth plane.
