Do you want to hear me go on and on about my LACK of religion? I am an Atheist. I don't give a damn about what you believe in. I can respect that. But keep it to yourself.

Hmmmm, the only time I don't like people talking about their beliefs, is when they try to change mine. I don't mind people expressing their thoughts and I'm happy to discuss our differences and our samenesses, but I don't want to be converted, and I don't want to change anybody's mind.
This is a place to exchange thoughts and express feelings. Not a place to stifle them. When I come across anyone who is so adamant that I find it disturbing, I block them.

@Serenitree I plan to do so. I am sure they would do the same if I was going on and on about "there is no God."

@SW-User I'm sure they would. I got blocked by someone for a poem I wrote' which didn't even say there is no God. It simply said.....oh, never mind.....this is the poem. You judge.
I don't believe in any god that lets the faithful down
I don't believe in any god who wouldn't stick around
Any god who makes a world and leaves it high and dry
Is no better than those who blame that god when little babies die
I do believe in unicorns as pretty as can be
I believe in fairies and elves and I believe in you and me
I do believe in flowers and in oceans and in trees
But I don't believe that any god would abandon all of these.

When that person blocked me, after telling me this was sacrilegious, I figured he believed That his god had actually abandoned all of these, otherwise, he wouldn't have been so upset.
This was in response to a poem written by AnukBinary.

@Serenitree It's funny how anything resembling the dispute of God is NOT allowed to exist. But when you want equality, and equal respect it is not understood or tolerated.
