I am a sinner, saved by grace.

This is one of my favorite gospel hymns and I can't tell you how I miss singing those with the church and hearing all those beautiful voices in harmony. These were the old gospel songs that really had a meaningful message and stuck to your spiritual ribs. They grew our faith and brought us all together in unison, peace, joy, and fellowship. I'll never forget them. They don't make them the way they used to and in my opinion, they don't cut it because they are nothing like the great old gospel hymns many are so used to. They just don't move my heart, like those beautiful old gospel songs did. Of course, I've heard marvelous gospel hymns today and I must admit they do move my heart, but the old gospel songs will always be my favorite. They seem to have spoken so much stronger to my heart, than these new ones, and I really am disappointed that because they have left them behind, this generation will never know nor understand why they were treasured so much. They are really missing out. I'm one that loves those fast gospel songs, the happy ones. Haha Here's one of them, sung the way I was used to hearing them. I hope you will love and enjoy it just as much as I did.

@AliceinWonderland Are they giving your mother medicine for her Alzheimer's? I am so sorry to hear this. I will pray for her.
@LadyGrace thank you. yes they do. i have been reading the narnia books to her, and she loves it but she doesn't remember what i read so i have to review a lot with her.

@AliceinWonderland I can see you take great care of your mother. God will bless you for it richly. Some have no place to go and that's really sad that they have to be alone.
