is a song written by Jack Lee. The song was released in 1976 by his short-lived US West Coast power pop band the Nerves; in 1978, it was recorded and released as a single by American new wave band Blondie.

it's kinda crazy some of the rockabye/lullaby variants they've come up with for songs. but an interesting concept, keep the songs tht adults are familiar with, but rekey and and tone down to something babies will at least not hate. fun concept.

@dirge I was surprised by how much I fell in love with the lullaby versions of some of my favorite songs. I think the lullaby versions of Nirvana songs are my absolute favorites and I listen to them often and in most cases more often than I listen to the originals and there’s not a single baby in the house currently…
