Blood Sweat and Tears, ”God Bless The Child” (1968)

Pop tends to be a purist when it comes to jazz and blues, but even he enjoys this cover. He bought the album when it first came out.

This was the first album I bought myself....a great one.
A couple of great covers on the album, with this and "Varitions on a Thene by Erik Satie" (I use another clip of that as my phone ringtone).
