Alone now…

Xavier Dunn is an Australian singer-songwriter, musician, and producer based in Sydney.
He is known for collaborating and producing with Jack River, including her 2018 debut album Sugar Mountain.
Dunn has co-written and produced for many Australian artists, including Cxloe, Carmada, Nina Las Vegas, Super Cruel and Graace.

"I Think We're Alone Now" is a song written and composed by Ritchie Cordell that was first recorded by Tommy James and the Shondells. It was a major hit for the group, reaching number 4 on the US Hot 100 in April 1967. It finished at No. 12 on Billboard magazine's year-end singles chart for 1967

@Gibbon i envy you because today’s music is so terrible and I refuse to listen to it. I just enjoy covers of songs that were popular in my childhood which is the case with Tiffany’s version of Alone Now though it’s not really a favorite. I just like the artist I just discovered who covered Alone Now and I Want You To Want Me by Cheap Trick. Sometimes it’s just the way a song hits me and my brain says “this works”

Ada I couldn’t forget about her I just don’t think you saw it. I referenced Tiffany because she was huge when I was in middle school and her music was an integral part of our middle school dances. Her denim oversized and extensively decorated and bedazzled jacket was 🤩 so in demand!! Ah The early 90s !! 😊☺😂

@AdaXI No apology needed here you’re good !! My only point was that I can’t hear that song without thinking of Tiffany and her big hair !! She actually looks almost identical to some family friends who my sister and I grew up with. They lived a lot closer to a mall and they were a few years older and rocked that style hard back in the day!!
Christmas is just starting and I think it’s going to be a good one. I hope yours is splendid as well!! 🎄 🎁
