"Who’s Loving You"

Original, written and performed by Smokey Robinson, with the Miracles
(1960)

Cover by the Jackson Five. Michael’s rendition of this song was pretty incredible for a ten year old…
(1969)

Love both recordings.

I agree that Michael had a remarkable voice for someone so young. Truly stunning. That said, I think I prefer Smokey's version.

I was thinking about him earlier today and feeling compassion for him.

Great song.
I love Terrence Trent Darby's version myself.
@RubySoo I had never heard of him until much later. He does a decent cover, too.
Totally incredible for a ten year old!!
Thanks
I prefer Smokey's version
@BridgeOvertroubledWaters I think Michael’s got more air play, but I remember my father agreed with you ("Sorry, but when a grade-schooler’s singing about how his woman left him, I’m just not sold !") 🤭
