A cover of the Beetles song Something

Been trying to get better at recording my music.
I had this song pop into my head the other day and wondered what it would sound like if the band Disturbed did it like they did with Sounds of silence.

So this is what I came up with.
It's a little ruff because I really don't get into multi-track recording and multiple re-takes to get everything just perfect only to go through all of it again in the mix.

Love this guy.

He is doing the flat affect, monotone on purpose, like a robot, verbally expressive but no real emotion. Most people probably won't pick up on that I doubt.

It's why I loved his remake of the aforementioned song. He completely changed the mood gave the lyrics a deeper, more thoughtful meaning.

I don't think anyone has ever put that much thought into any songs I have written much less covered.
