Is this still earth?

It is currently 58F and rainy.

Somebody who looks distinctly not sober just danced by my window singing Harry Belafonte’s Banana Boat Song (day-o, dayo, Hey, Mr Tallyman, tally me bananas. Daylight she come and me wanna go home)

He was wearing short shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt. It’s New Mexico and I’ve never seen a banana tree here.

Sometimes I worry.

I have been known to burst out in Day-OOOOO and the rest of the song up here in Michigan, not in shorts and a t-shirt but maybe in the shower (I always sound better in the shower) or outside dressed in flannel shirt, down vest, levi's and mukluks. I'm certain there are no banana trees anywhere near here either.

It's just a great song to lighten the mood no matter where you are. 😊

It’s this street. About 8 years ago, at 2 am, I drove past a man in a top hat sitting on an overturned bucket in an empty parking lot playing a saxophone. He was quite good.

I am almost convinced this street overlaps with an alternative universe.
