Hard for me to say I’m sorry by Chicago. I suffered my only episode of depression and when I slowly emerged from it this song was being played on the radio at that time. This song reminds me how I allowed myself to sink into depression.[media=https://youtu.be/1A0MPWseJIE]

Amazing how a song can take us back there in an instant you know? Feeling just like you felt way back then.
I've have my battles with depression and now thanks to you I will also associate that song with depression.
