The song for good from wicked:for good movie makes me cry

It’s about a friendship and love changing the singers for the better and for good because they have known each other. It’s a song about how their friendship will always live on in spirit even though they are parting ways. “ I am who I am today because I knew you.” They have learned from each other and grown as individuals because of the other and asked for forgiveness for what caused a rift in their friendship and that it doesn’t matter who is to blame because there is blame to share and it doesn’t matter anymore. It’s a beautiful, bittersweet song. It was a great song for the ending of wicked for good movie. This song makes me think of my breakup with my ex boyfriend and him parting ways with me when we were friends after the breakup after he got engaged. It makes me think of my couple of friends and what would I say to them if I never saw them again. I even think of my family with this song and how I changed after having them in my life for so many years.
