@TryingtoLava neither me, can you believe it? At 37 and I never had a permanent pet. I used to nurse animals in my house in the past though, from a friend vet. I hosted two kittens for a couple of months, I nursed a crow for a couple of months and had a pigeon for a while..
And now I am petsitting and having them all to myself! I am amazed how much they love me and how quickly. It takes them few days and then they shower me with their love...
