Random song 3

I love coheed and cambria, and have all of their albums. One of my favourites is Peace to the Mountain, and although I sing along to all the songs they have done, this one I cannot sing one of the lines of because to me its like admitting I'm giving up. The song is apparently about acceptance of who you are, being happy with it and knowing at the end thats who you are. However when I hear it its like hes saying that when its the end of his life he'll lie down and accept it without fighting and so to me, singing that line is like agreeing with that. I know this is silly because they are just lyrics to a song, but for some reason this song gets to me and I just feel weird when I hear it and cant bring myself to say the words out loud. I have a lot of issues around death and dying so this is part of it, but its also because when I was diagnosed with MS I told myself I wouldn't let it beat me, that I would carry on as normal and then when it got worse I would keep fighting, I won't let it win. So even though I'm probably reading too much into the lyrics, or even the wrong meaning completely, I can't sing those words.
