Today I'm sharing an Egyptian song 🎶 I just love the tunes even though it's a childish song & the lyrics don't make sense but that's the beauty of it
It's called The Bonbonni Is Finished by this new band called Dr. Alfons (their first song -not this- came in 2019 or so).
(Bonbonni means candy 🍬🍬 in the Egyptian dialect and yes it's a French word originally Bon Bon but it's a general word really not exclusive for chocolate covered candy like the original word).
I don't know but this song makes me feel a lot of things like happy but also nostalgic and melancholy for some reason. It's brilliant though and very nice.

It's full of Egyptian dialect words I tried to Google translate the lyrics so that I put them here and Google got so confused but I fixed the translation 👇
And at the very end the quote says: Take care of your imagination -Dr Alfons

Flying in a bed
They undid the screws
I then fell in a well full of wasps
They stung me a lot
In a dead end
I saw lions
Their hair was straight and I climbed on a pole
And monkeys followed me up
Why am I envied?
The bonbonni is finished
And they sold me out
And my friends forgot me
I want a mama who has bonbonni
The bonbonni is finished
And they sold me out
And my friends forgot me
I want a mama who has bonbonni
Clouds are on top of m, they turn into a squirrel, which is chacing me
Running in oba'ab (some sort of wooden slippers), I pushed the door and entered into mirrors
I saw a dragon fooling around in the middle of a bassin/pool
Around him are two ugly dragons wearing dresses
You understand?
The bonbonni is finished
And they sold me out
And my friends forgot me
I want a mama who has bonbonni
The bonbonni is finished
And they sold me out
And my friends forgot me
The sea is deep
I saw it and I freaked out
In it I jumped and I found that it's an ocean
Full of catfish
It humiliated me a lot
From my feet I'm ticklish and I woke up in a bed
I slept a lot
And I have errands to run
The onbonni is finished
And they sold me
And my friends forgot me
I want a mama who has bonbonnie
The bonbonni is finished
And they sold me out
And my friends forgot me
I want a Dody (some random female name) who has bonbonnie
They undid the screws
I then fell in a well full of wasps
They stung me a lot
In a dead end
I saw lions
