When did we decide that someone who spends all their day doing hard physical labour will get paid wayyy less than

Someone who supervises them.....
Salaries will never be proportional to how much we work.... When did we let this happen???

@assemblingaknob Every job I've had it's always been that way. The supervisor who sits in his office all day gets paid more than the one who is actually out there busting their ass. That's old.news.
