@windinhishair domestic violence can work both ways either way it there should be consequences

@LadyJ As a paramedic, I get called to about twice as many incidents involving female abusers and male victims as vice versa. The problem is far more prevalent than society dare admit.

@Caroline259 i totally believe it..my neighbour constantly attacks her husband after a bout of drinking and everytime he covers for her..i told her once how disgusting she is..i hope one day he finds the strength to leave her

@seeandhear It doesn't help when they try to exacerbate the situation by attempting to provoke male victims into reacting violently.

So they only arrested her after they were pushed. Talk about full of their own self importance ugh doesn’t surprise me. Poor bloke, hope he gets some justice and peace back into his life

@SW-User That's right. At first they showed no interest in arresting her, but that attitude changed immediately she punched one of them in the face. With very few exceptions, in nearly every incident I've attended the police usually take the woman's side. The main exceptions are when female police officers attend. They are more sympathetic towards male victims.

What a pussy to get beat up by a woman

@ExtremeNext Why not just beat up a "real man"? They won't even defend themselves against a violent woman.

My husband is a domestic abuse survivor from a previous relationship. That's just the sort of ignorant attitude he encountered when he tried to report it to the police. :(
