Anything that has ever been fought for ALL human rights in this country has always been a struggle. One step forward 2 steps back.

Staving one life at a time is worth everything. For every life we have lost to abortion we have denied and are denying the world of the possibility of what that life could bring to save mankind. The.possibility of a hitler is very very low. I know that we have already been robbed.

@missyann How many unwanted children can we sign you up for then? Please go on the government web site and fill out the appropriate forms for your identification number. Then make your nonrefundable payment (credit cards only) for screening. Once verified please go to the authoriztion site to enter your identificatin and verification numbers and someone will contact you for meeeting your social worker. To be eligible all candidates must pass a criminal background check, verification of employment, military records, bank records and credit score review. Personal references, education records, identity and driving history, proof of insurance, medical, dental, and psychiatric testing. Candidate must commit to support said child until they are at least twenty-six years of age. Must also commit to respecting the traditions of the child's nationality, gender identity, and religious affiliation.

@missyann Your problem is that outlawing abortion is extremely unpopular. At some point, pro-lifers will have to accept that the best way to reduce the number of abortions is through birth control and sex education, not by outlawing it and creating a black market. Of course, this assumes that your goal is to reduce the number of abortions and not just punish women for having sex.

Here's how to tell what your real motivations are. Imagine a society where there is no abortion - not a single one, because no one even wants one. Sounds great, right? But there's a catch. People are having sex [i]everywhere[/i]. Everywhere you go, people are screwing - straight sex, gay sex, orgies, all out in public. Pretty much everything except sex with children or animals. If you leave your house, you see it. People use birth control so it's not like a bunch of unwanted kids are being born, either.

Would you accept this in exchange for no abortions? Or would you prefer our current setup with people having sex out of view but lots of abortions?
