Roe vs wade being overturned has me in tears
Truth is that I'm too educated at this point in a lot of ways into women's issues to be apathetic.
Like I made the move of researching why Doctors changed their minds about abortion in the pre-roe era and learned about all the women who ended up dead from botched abortions before it was legal and then learned about ectopic pregnancy which is when the egg after she's inseminated plants itself in her fallopian tube instead of in her womb and the baby threatens to grow large enough to burst the tube itself and cause internal bleeding and havoc to internal organs.
it's a life threatening situation caused by pregnancies gone wrong and it's why feminist say "abortion is healthcare"
and I might not be affected by this shit anywhere near as much as women I get it, it will impact them even more intensely.
but my empathy for their suffering hit like a ton of bricks and I'm literally grieving. I feel having no emapthy for what happen is inexucable.
So that's mine. It hurts. I don't want to know how much suffering this will cause, but I don't have the good fortune of ignorance on my side.
