hippyjoe1955 one bunch of cells if done soon enough vs one 10 year child isn't a toss up that can be morally argued if shes in danger of complications during child birth which at 10 I think she would be how is it ethically right to force her to give birth?
Ignore the its a life thing for one minute is it morally right to force someone to carry a child to term against their will? Isn't that just like raping her all over again? no say or control over her own bod. how can you attempt to sit on the moral high ground when a child is going to have to suffer because others dictated what she is and isn't allowed to do with her own body?
I am at a loss to see how this can be considered the right course of action essentially telling her your dad did a terrible thing against your will now we are going against your will by denying you the right to not carry his baby good luck being a mother if you survive child birth.
