@A7xqueen: I know one person couldn't message people because of the highest content they wanted to see. Maybe that could also be the problem, different content levels. You should check that.

I think its a random system issues. I have several chat friends on here (all adults) and just today their avatar shows blank and they can message me but I cant click on their profiles or reply to messages. So in my case age doesn't play into the issue. Not sure if that is your situation as well.
