Sometimes i just want to trow a tantrum depending on my age..

Not quite tantrum, but I have manic episodes where I say whatever to whomever, and am usually pretty nasty, I've also had bawling meltdowns. Most of those who know me know to not confront me until I am calm. I guess they are "tantrums'?
