Also get out of commercial real estate. A LOT of companies are realizing they can have a good portion of their employees work from home on a permanent basis so there is no need to keep renting expensive offices.

I believe a big correction is coming after the November elections. Lots of money being flooded into the economy by the government right now, expect that spigot to turn off next year.

Thank you - for those people w/401ks spread out over all those (goofy) mutual funds, now is the time to look at it, tighten it up, even go to cash or as close to it as you can get......keep us posted!
