I Got Something To Say

Hey peoples i need your help, anyone who is savvy with cell phones /mobiles i cant get my phone to ring ,ive missed umpteen calls ,when i press the volume key under the volume line in tiny print are the words, do not disturb is on ive looked everywhere is settings i cant find this this nor do i know how it became on to start with , lol HELP HELP PLEASE
