I Have Something to Say and I Want to Be Heard

I just took my blood pressure and it was 268/170. It’s fine. I am pretty angry. I just had to cancel my hairdresser thing which only made me more angry. Now I’m walking in scorching heat. No water or anything to eat. It’s nothing to worry about. I’ll be just fine. Bring it on!!!!!!!
