I Have Something to Say and I Want to Be Heard

Hey listen guys. I know many of you will shrug this off and I understand. I am a normal user here and well I’m too embarrassed to even have this on my regular account here. I’m embarrassed and I’m ashamed that I have to ask this.

Currently I am struggling to keep myself in school and I need money to buy some school supplies. I don’t want to ask my parents and be a burden on them and I would rather save the shame of having to ask them for money. I’m not asking for everyone to donate, I understand if you can’t or if you’re too skeptical then I don’t blame you. But everyone needs a helping hand and even if you donate a dollar it will honestly relieve so much stress.

Bless you guys and I’m sorry to bother any of you or trigger any of you. I just reached a new low. I can’t post the link but I hope I don’t get banned for this. I don’t know where else to share without people I know trying to judge me.

@AshamedUser so what about financial aid?

@morrgin The amount of money I got I used it all of my tuition. Tuition was around 14,000 USD and the loan I got was for around 11,000 USD. I have asked classmates and teachers for supplies and materials but I can’t continue to look them in their face and beg for stuff. I just need to make it until March of next year and I’ll be fine

@AshamedUser there should be a service at your school like a resource center but they dont allow everyone into it. They help out with struggles students have and even help with textbookd. You should be able to ask a student leader or counselor about it.

@morrgin I currently attend a trade school. I finally managed to put the link on my profile but anyways; textbooks and uniform were already included in the tuition. However there’s a lot of work and notes; projects and I simply can’t keep up with. I don’t think we have a student leader or counselor here.

@AshamedUser maybe look into option of a different school or maybe get a job at the school.
