@bijouxbroussard all I wanted to know was why isn't rap a white conservative genre. I mean Eminem is white... And why would conservatives only like western country. You're racist and ignorant.

@69CHARGER So now you're calling names ? Against whom am I supposedly racist ? White conservatives generally support "traditional American values". Country Western tends to tell stories about those "values". Rap tends to be a variety of stories, often about struggles, initially by people of color. I was around when rap was in its infancy and remember who was involved. So I know about that.

@69CHARGER I’m not racist. I don’t like conservatives of any color. They’re usually the ones who call hip-hop and rap “crap” because of their own bigotry.

@69CHARGER The idea that country is a music associated with white conservatives isn't racist. It's just true. And I like a lot of country music. And notably, rap is less popular with white conservatives particularly because rap tends to be anti-authority and conservatism is pro-authority. Like, it's not like To Pimp a Butterfly is about how great the trickle down theory is or something.
