Who? Just who and what bakery makes pretty cupcakes and when you go to buy two they put them into a container and wrap it with cling wrap? I told her not to do it and she didn't speak English so didn't understand me. She did not understand why I was unhappy. 😞 If you want to have a business serving English speaking people learn to speak English!!!!!!!

@Hicks You are not making a drama just because someone wrap you 2 cupcakes. There are many ways u could tell her u didn't want to do it. Well, and if you live in a multicultutal country u should know that not everyone will speak the same language. That's only my point of view...
There was a line..for bread. I told her and pointed that icing was too soft and not to wrap it...she says,"yes soft"and started laughing as she wrapped it up. I said,"No! Don't wrap it" She wrapped it and charged me.There was a line and she was the only one at counter. I just don't understand why a bakery would do this. It is a multicultural city...I get that, but don't ruin people's things when they buy something from you cause u don't speak English! There are hundreds of bakeries here and this was the worst ever. These cupcakes were to be for a friend for her birthday tonight. @Latingirlhn
