There was a line..for bread. I told her and pointed that icing was too soft and not to wrap it...she says,"yes soft"and started laughing as she wrapped it up. I said,"No! Don't wrap it" She wrapped it and charged me.There was a line and she was the only one at counter. I just don't understand why a bakery would do this. It is a multicultural city...I get that, but don't ruin people's things when they buy something from you cause u don't speak English! There are hundreds of bakeries here and this was the worst ever. These cupcakes were to be for a friend for her birthday tonight. @Latingirlhn
