I Like to Do Volunteer Work

I love to volunteer it’s the best feeling in the world. Well last weekend I was volunteering and fell and nothing hurt at the time but Tuesday I noticed some swelling and pain in my right hand so I went to urgent care and they just said it was very bruised but now I’m thinking something is seriously wrong because I’m in so much pain and it’s shooting up my arm. I can’t even move my pinky without pain. The pain is worse at night than in the day time.
