I'm understanding it's a matter of self respect...
I'm gonna stop forcing my kindness on people who think they're too good for it and don't care.
I always thought everyone can use kindness right? Wrong. And people have a right to be selective with who they receive from.
In saying that, there's never any reason to be rude to someone being kind to you. Nor is there ever a good reason to continue to take from people and then ignore them. That should show me what kind of person I'm dealing with.
It's time to get more picky because I'm not a problem. I know who I am and I like me.
So when people show me what I mean to them, it's not up to me to continue trying, fuck um.
