It's a mindfulness flex when you're able to hold a thought as it is without letting it consume the fabric of your being or letting it define you because of the conditions or the numbers or the metrics that you are constantly being fed & measured by /on.
It's such a thin line that you walk between comfortably numb and wanting or trying to give a f***?
There's a lot to unpack about this and I believe like there's levels to it So where do you think we should start?...
