It took me a while to trust him but I'm glad I did

To me being pinned down meant I was about to be assaulted raped again. First time being intimate with him we had gotten tipsy I let him initiate it was all going ok until he put his hand on my wrist pinning it down I started to panic he let go and stopped to help calm me.
Several more times we hooked up he was fantastic understanding took everything at my pace. Then one time he put his and on mine pinning it down I tensed but he just whispered "it's ok you're safe" I relaxed he kept going giving reassurance and good boy comments.
I'm glad I trusted him and still trust him
