How easily do you trust someone?

I do trust easily but i test over the time , and mostly i am disappointed by it
Then I step back slowly, without telling, and slowly move far away from that person

i have trusted the wrong people...you know those that talk about someone but then only tell what you said? yeah..so nope. i keep to myself at work.
