I Think It Is Hard to Find Honest, Trustworthy Friends

My friend who is a girl told me this morning that she would call me this afternoon. Its night time now and she still has not called me or even attempted to contact me since morning. She always says she is never busy for me yet she fails to keep her word. I am not sure whether I should trust this person anymore. Would love some advice on what to do in this situation
