I Have Trust Issues

It's hard for me whenever I meet new people, and make new friends. I have really bad trust issues. All stemming from my family relationships. I was outcasted for no reason and I was constantly physically and verbally abused. And most relationships I would get into, I'd end up getting lied to and cheated on. My trust issues made me feel like I was crazy. Like I couldn't be friends with anyone. No matter how many people try to be my friend, and make plans with me I always bail because I feel like they don't actually like me. It's just so hard to get past this.
