@Lostpoet I think timing may be very important here. You never know what another person is dealing with. I've seen the most insensitive things said by trolls that maybe if they were left elsewhere would not have the same, maybe unintended, negative consequences.
I know that I've made this mistake myself and to that person or those people, i'm sorry.
