A man pretending to be be a woman will try to adopt female attributes up to and including body modifications. @PrincessRoarBuddy other cultures and societies recognized more than 2 genders, the native americans have concepts called two spirit when you have both masculine and feminine aspects within you and the Hindu south Asians and indigenous Australians have the concept of a third gender and a fifth gender. Christianity is the reason they lost these concepts and was forced to confirm to the binary concepts of gender.
