I Hate Stereotypes

The question of why do Black people talk so loud has been the one I've heard the most. I got this question from a friend who was curious to know why this is, as if a human raising their voice was something he had never heard of before. This stereotype is so silly because not all people from an ethnic group are the same, of course you have the ones who are loud but you have others who are meek or quiet. I don't know what this stereotype is meant to achieve other than make something that's not an issue an issue.
