The 60+ guys were brought up at the tail end of the era when inappropriateness seemed to be the norm. Some just haven't shaken that mindset. Not an excuse, just a possible reason. I'm early 60s myself and hope we haven't left too many bad examples. Our generation has already begun to dwindle, so your problem should lessen. When you're feeling bad about being born too soon, ask me how it was to be a waitress when I was running a gantlet of hands that thought we girls had issued them licenses. It didn't help that we often laughed it off, which just encouraged it all by sounding like we were flirting back...which we sometimes were. Every generation will have its mating dance, and there will always be dancers who continue long after the band has knocked off.
