What's a sign someone definitely wasn't raised right?

Doesn't know how to do basic skills like cooking, cleaning and taking care of the household. Everyone should know how to do at least basic stuff.
Poor personal hygiene
Having lots of demands from others and bringing nothing to the table themselves.
