What is the difference between a person having flaws vs having red flags 😆

Flaws is a broad term for things that will annoy and it's up to you if you want to tolerate them or maybe the one who has them is willing to work on them as well.
Red flags are something that tells you that it's for the best to avoid the person. I believe it's called irreconcilable differences in law. 😆
