What is the main indication that a therapist is not good at their job?

For the 5th time in a row, the pharmacy didn't have my prescription. I asked my therapist if he by chance forgot to submit it and he started to growl at me over the phone and start screaming about how simply asking that is the same thing as directly saying he is a terrible doctor.
