Are we on Candid Camera?
Somebody tell me this is a joke — “real women obey their husbands”? Honey, I raised nine kids, taught algebra at the kitchen table, and once chased a raccoon out the house with a casserole dish. If being a "real woman" means obeying his every whim, then who’s packing the lunchboxes, filing the permission slips, and dealing with houseful of grandkids
If “obey” means letting him pick the movie now and then, fine — but if it means he gets to pick my shoes and my vote, we missed an episode and somebody forgot to call craft services. He asks me to obey like I’m a lamp you can switch on. I obey the lamp when it’s dark; I obey my husband when he asks nicely — and even then I check the calendar, the weather outside and consult the emergency room - cause that's where he's headed
Running a household is like running a tiny, benevolent country: I negotiate treaties over broccoli, manage a treasury of mismatched socks, and have veto power over any tie that screams "crime scene." So if obey means listening, loving, and occasionally saying, “Nope — pizza again? Absolutely,” okay. But if you’re auditioning for full medieval reenactment, props department, call your people — this production has a modern director, and she votes.

This is an anachronistic view from a past era of male dominated era that was overlayed in the name of various religions to reinforce a very secular social order.

@Neoerectus are you saying that leader should not exist in our world ? so we shouldn't have president, or captains...etc this is called anarchy ! that's why in a family the man should be the leader and the women his crew, -that's what they want by the way- and being a leader demand to give her some orders, that it, there's no misoginy in wanting organization in the world, not wanting it we would be barbarian thinking: the law of the jungle
