More Help needed: Re - Password

I tried to join another social media platform.

I put my user name in, then it told me.

Your password MUST contain Letters & Number. Upper & Lowercase

How the hell do I put the numbers in Uppercase ?

They left it for you to understand that upper case and lower case is only for letters. They expect their users to not take it literally.

Anyway, you can try sending a message to their admin or support to fix the message.
