online what do you do to stop data brokers stealing your private information

[c=BF0000][i]companies or scammers who collect your personal data and sell it to dubious people and scammers, including your social security number, your financial information and other private personal information....

do you use anything online to counter that or do you just not worry about it?[/i][/c]

I pay 100 bucks a year for deleteme to scan through all these data brokers on the web and go through the long drawn out process of taking it all off the internet.

It seems to be working pretty well. If you google my name you will find literally nothing on any search engine. Its like I never existed.
