@markinkansas not kidding several retirement check into one place could make it real nice.. think on that or live alone and broke.. this is paid off . it need work done on it tho.. built in 1928

@Nightwings first ya retire so steady money coming in . then move to a very poor state and a small town thats dying and by something cheap . this town 8 years ago 130 people and now 100.. store is next town over.

@Nightwings give it a few years and it will be bad .. and as for sharing my home . it would help .. always something that needs two people to do.. garden or work on the house.. rest of the time its watch the sun rise in the morning with coffee on the porch. if you are interested let me know.. life is a slow pace here..
