Make yourself special. Turn yourself into someone you would want to be around. And not for their sake, but for yours! Bud I've struggled with this for years, it took me that long to build up the confidence i have now and even now im still working on it. You mentioned exercising on one post right? Thats a great place to start. Im about 4 months in and already feel much much better
