Rant of the day

If you’re the type of person who calls a corporate office for help and then screams at the person who answers the phone… who the fuck raised you?

Seriously.


Why would you dial a number because you need something, because you want someone to fix a problem, and then decide the best strategy is to berate the one human being who might actually be able to help you?

Do you think yelling makes the system move faster? Do you think insulting someone who has zero control over policy, shipping delays, pricing, weather, or the universe is going to magically unlock a secret solution?

We are people. Not punching bags. Not your emotional dumping ground because your day went sideways.

You don’t know what that person on the other end is carrying. You don’t know if they just got bad news, didn’t sleep, are barely holding it together — and now they have to absorb your rage over something they didn’t cause.

I promise you this: kindness will get you so much further than cruelty ever will.

If you want help, act like you want help.

I will never, ever understand people who abuse customer service reps and you should absolutely be allowed to just hang up on anyone who acts like that. Treating people at their jobs like that is heinous and should be illegal - genuinely.
