Ugh this dude at work is such a dumb dumb head and I'm over it

There's this new guy at work and I'm not a fan. He kinda creeps me out for starters cause he will just stare stand around and stare. He kept staring at me the other day and today he was right up on me when I was making backups. He doesn't try either and lacks work ethic. Like I know he's new I get that and I expect him to have questions and to be slower for awhile but he doesn't even try so everyone else has to work harder to compensate. It took me telling him he needs to wear a headset when he's on warming to hear the orders coming in and to tell us if we are low or out of a particular food item. It took me telling him to go through the sandwiches and pastries to see what we have or don't and to update the system. I showed him how it works too and he pretended to do it and stood there. I know he didn't do it because he just stood there.

Also I know he was hot boxing in the bathroom at work because he was in there for ages and when I opened the bathroom door to use it a bunch of smoke came out at me and it was hazy in there plus I know the smell I'm not dumb. The smell gave me a giant headache and made me nauseous all shift long and I worked 630 am to 3pm today. I just don't get it I seriously don't get it.
