Pelvis ultrasound

I'm nervous about having a pelvis ultrasound tomorrow morning. Has anyone had one before

Yes several years ago. The US found my cancer which has dince been eradicated. US is not invasive, the wand is lubricated with a gel and then slowly moved over your skin. The doctor wants to know what is going on in your abdomen.

Yeah once when I visited my doctor with kidney stone symptoms and he had me do a pelvis ultrasound :| idk what he was looking for there

You just lay on a bed, they rub some lubricant gel on your pelvic area then they use that probe thingie and move it across your pelvic area
It's done pretty quick

Yup. They're going to ask you to have a full, full bladder while they press on your lower abdomen with a slime covered probe. It doesn't hurt, but it's not comfortable. Skip it if you can.

I have seen the transvaginal ultrasound device before, It looks like a lot of fun. :)
